By using Aarogyam+ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and Aarogyam Plus Healthcare Private Limited.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
IMPORTANT: Aarogyam+ is a personal health record management application. It is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or clinical advice. AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes only — not medical diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional. Never delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read in Aarogyam+. In a medical emergency, call 112 (India) immediately.
3. Patient Responsibility for Data Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information; uploading only your own medical records or records for family members for whom you have legal guardianship; promptly correcting any inaccurate information; not uploading fraudulent or falsified medical documents; maintaining the security of your login credentials; and notifying us immediately at support@aarogyamplus.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to: use Aarogyam+ for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' records or our systems; upload malware or malicious code; use the platform to harass or harm any person; scrape, reverse engineer, or decompile any part of the application; impersonate a healthcare professional; share your account with others; or attempt to circumvent security measures. Violation may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: Aarogyam+ is provided 'as is' without warranties; we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on app content for medical decisions, data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries; our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
The Aarogyam+ app, its design and its code belong to Aarogyam Plus Healthcare Private Limited. Your health data always remains yours; you allow us to process it only to provide the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notification at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of Aarogyam+ after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You may close your account if you do not agree to updated terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage resolution of disputes through our support team first (support@aarogyamplus.in) before initiating legal proceedings. Consumer disputes may also be raised with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
